Asakusa Hozuki-Ichi~ An Edo-era legend holds that paying one's respects at a temple dedicated to the bodhisattva Kannon on shimanrokusen-nichi (July 10) will count for the same as 46,000 such visits on any other day.

 Kakigori, the sweet strawberry syrup drowned in ice tasted amazing in the hot summer heat.
Then we decided to go to visit the Skytree.

    The Kakigori looks very refreshing. I looks very similar to the shaved ice they sell in Hawaii :)
